Message ...Last year I ran into the same thing. I was having my 60K tuneup and decided at last minute to have a Fisher Pulley installed. I paid around $300++ for it.

So upon having my friend mount it on my Z, he found that the washer was too thick. He had to sand down the stock washer to make it fit perfectly. But this upset me, I paid $300+++ and no washer. So I called Fisher Concepts about this. They said, "We never got around to making the washers, however we plan to very soon." This was last year(2002). It just pisses me off to see they haven't got around to it and NOT to mention they don't even mention anthing about the stock washer being too thick upon purchase. Sadly, Mike Kojima doesn't mention this in his SCC articles either.

Anyways, for those who are looking for a direct fit, be prepared and forwarned this is going to be a little more then a simple bolt-on. If you plan to buy one, I would highly recommend you have fisher concepts make the washer for you ahead of time.
